My name is Jone, and I am currently a culinary student at George Brown College. I chose to be a Chef as it was always a passion of mine. I always enjoyed cooking for friends and family. I believe that your work/career should be something you enjoy doing. Your only going to do it for the rest of your life, thus why I chose to pursue my passion and started attending Culinary School .

Most of my career to this point has been fast food restaurants. Although I did spend some time working in Restaurant & sports bar, and also a deli.

I have revolved my cooking styles and philosophy around this quote by Anna Thomas. I would like to help everyone to either develop or find their passion in cooking. There is no reason to waste time in a kitchen to cook bad food.

I created this blog to help share some of the knowledge that I have learnt during my culinary studies. I hope to continue learn along side everyone that will use this blog and share out experiences and knowledge with each other. I believe that cooking is a skill learned, and is meant to be shared. Cooking is an easy way to spread happiness among each other.
